1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the SleepStyle Furniture website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Services

SleepStyle Furniture offers premium furniture including beds, sofas, dining tables, and mattresses for delivery across Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and France.

  • All product images are for illustrative purposes only
  • Actual colors may vary slightly from images displayed
  • Product dimensions are approximate and may vary by ±2cm
  • We reserve the right to modify product specifications without notice

3. Ordering Process

When you submit an order request through our website:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • Your order request is not a binding contract until we confirm availability
  • We will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your order
  • You must upload a reference image showing the exact product design/color you want
  • Orders are subject to product availability

4. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€)
  • Prices include VAT where applicable
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on your location (see Shipping Policy)
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
  • The price confirmed at the time of order confirmation is final

5. Payment

We operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis:

  • Payment is due upon delivery of your furniture
  • You must pay in cash to the delivery personnel
  • Ensure you have the exact amount ready
  • A receipt will be provided upon payment

7. Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order before delivery by contacting us via email
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective or damaged items
  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective

8. Warranty

  • All furniture comes with a manufacturer's warranty (varies by product)
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered
  • Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period

9. Limitation of Liability

SleepStyle Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of SleepStyle Furniture and is protected by copyright laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
