Delivery Process

  1. Order Confirmation: After you submit your order request, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm availability and delivery details.
  2. Delivery Scheduling: We will arrange a mutually convenient delivery date and time window.
  3. Delivery Notification: You will receive a notification 24 hours before delivery with the expected time window.
  4. Delivery Day: Our delivery team will contact you 1-2 hours before arrival.
  5. Delivery & Payment: Furniture will be delivered to your specified address. Payment is due upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).

Delivery Timeframe

  • In-Stock Items: 4-6 working days
  • Made-to-Order Items: 4-6 weeks
  • Custom Items: 6-8 weeks

Delivery can be late due to high orders or stock issues.

If the order isn't in stock then we will inform you in advance.

Order can be cancelled without any reason due to miss listing or any other reason.

  • Check your furniture immediately upon delivery for any damage
  • Report any damage or defects within 24 hours
  • Ensure delivery access is clear (doorways, stairs, elevators)
  • Measure your doorways and hallways to ensure furniture can fit

Mattress Delivery (Belgium & Netherlands)

Mattresses are delivered compressed and rolled for easy transport. They will expand to full size within 24-48 hours after unpacking.
